Privacy Policy
This policy explains what personal data SynthReplay collects, how we use it, how payment and subscription data are handled, and how users can contact us about privacy requests.
Effective date: April 11, 2026
1. Information We Collect
- Account information such as your email address, name, and login-related identifiers.
- Subscription and profile information such as your selected plan, subscription status, expiry date, referral metadata, and account activity.
- Payment-related metadata received from our payment processor, such as transaction IDs, payment status, customer email, and limited tokenized billing details used for optional card auto-renewal.
- Support information you send to us through contact forms or email.
- Technical information needed to operate the service, such as device, browser, local storage state, and server logs.
2. How We Use Information
- To create and manage accounts.
- To activate subscriptions, verify payments, and manage renewals.
- To provide platform features, save user preferences, and improve performance.
- To respond to support requests and security incidents.
- To prevent fraud, abuse, duplicate payments, or unauthorized access.
3. Payment Data
Payments are processed by third-party providers such as Flutterwave. We do not store full card numbers in our systems. If you enable auto-renewal and the payment processor provides a reusable token, we may store that token and associated billing email so a future renewal charge can be attempted on your behalf. Bank transfer and USSD payments do not create stored card tokens for recurring billing.
4. Cookies, Local Storage, and Similar Technologies
SynthReplay uses browser storage and similar client-side technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and preserve chart-related settings such as drawings and interface choices. If you clear browser storage, some saved preferences and locally stored chart state may be lost.
5. Data Sharing
We may share data with service providers that help us operate the platform, such as hosting, authentication, database, email, and payment services. We do not sell your personal information. We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to protect our rights, investigate fraud, comply with law, or respond to valid legal process.
6. Data Retention
We retain account and subscription records for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the service, maintain business records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and comply with legal obligations. Some locally stored browser data remains on your device until you clear it.
7. Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect data, but no system can guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and notifying us if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
8. International Use
Your data may be processed in jurisdictions different from your own depending on where our infrastructure and service providers operate. By using the service, you understand that cross-border processing may occur.
9. Your Choices
- You can update account details from your profile or by contacting support.
- You can disable auto-renewal from your profile before the next renewal is processed.
- You can clear local browser storage, though some functionality may be affected.
10. Children's Privacy
SynthReplay is not directed to children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the service, contact us and we will review the request.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The latest version posted on this page applies from its effective date.
12. Contact
